How to apply to study at ICWS

Step 1: Complete ICWS application form

Send with supporting documents (including copies of your passport, academic qualifications and English test results) to ICWS or your representative. If your documentation shows a gap in your studies of more than nine months, you will also need to tell us what you did during that time (e.g. working or travelling). 


Send your completed form and documents by mail, email or fax to: Singleton Park, Margam Building, Swansea University, Swansea, SA2 8PP, United Kingdom. Email or Fax +44 (0) 1792 602 889.

Step 2: Receive offer of admission

ICWS will email you within 24 hours.

Step 3: Accept the offer

Pay the course fee deposit indicated and return a completed Acceptance of Admission form to ICWS (You can make a payment via bank transfer, international bank draft or debit/credit card or online)

Pay your fees online

Step 4: Confirmation of Acceptance (CAS)

ICWS will provide you with the CAS that is required for your visa application once your place is fully confirmed

Step 5: Arrange student accommodation in Swansea

ICWS can help organise suitable student accommodation. Demand is often high for the most popular accommodation - you should arrange accommodation as soon as possible.

Step 6: Apply for your visa

Step 7: Arrive in the UK

ICWS, upon request, can help arrange transport from the airport, and ensure your accommodation is prepared. You should notify us of your arrival details, and any accommodation requests, so that arrangements can be made, contact email:

Step 8: Commence the first stage of your studies on your chosen pathway at Swansea University
