The Pre-masters course in Engineering at ICWS is an excellent route to your MSc in Engineering at Swansea University. Preparing you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel early, and the course can provide the best base to begin your Masters.
Research activities in the College of Engineering are multidisciplinary, which means that traditional subject boundaries are broken as staff work in much broader areas and exploit knowledge between disciplines. Particular areas of interest within the College include aerospace, coating and materials research, computational modelling, nanotechnology and printing. Working with industry, enabling companies to access the high-tech facilities and knowledge found at the university, is central to many research activities. Collaboration projects are common throughout the School with industrial partners, research institutions and other universities. The same passion that drove Curie, Darwin, Edison, Einstein Newton, drives discovery here at Swansea.
