How to apply to study at ICWS

Complete ICWS application form...

and send it with supporting documents (including copies of your passport, academic qualifications and English test results) to ICWS or your ICWS representative. If your documentation shows a gap in your studies of more than nine months, you will also need to tell us what you did during that time (e.g. working or travelling). (Certified translations must accompany documents that are not in English).

Receive offer of admission...

from ICWS via email within 24 hours. (Standard application process for approved applications).

Accept the offer...

by paying the course fee deposit indicated on your offer of admission, and returning a completed acceptance form to ICWS. (You can make a payment via bank transfer, international bank draft or debit/credit card).

Receive visa support information...

ICWS will send you the information required to apply for your UK student visa (Tier 4)

Arrange student accommodation in Swansea...

ICWS can help organise suitable student accommodation. Demand is often high for the most popular accommodation - you should arrange accommodation as soon as possible.

Full details on the visa application process can be found at www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/studyingintheuk/ (It is very important that you notify ICWS once the outcome of your application is confirmed).

Arrive in the UK...

ICWS can upon request help arrange transfer from the airport, your accommodation and provide a full orientation prior to enrolment (You should notify ICWS of your arrival details so that arrangements may be made)
